This Web site,, (“the Web site”) is owned by California Water Service Company (“Cal Water,” “Company,” “we,” or “us”) and is intended to assist in the dissemination of information regarding the Palos Verdes Peninsula Water Reliability Project (“Project”).

The Web site receives and collects information that is both directly provided to us, such as personal information you provide when you visit the Web site, and information that is passively or automatically collected from you, such as anonymous information collected from your web browser or device. Collectively, this is referred to as the “information.”

Cal Water is firmly committed to user privacy. This document discloses types of information collected, how information is collected, and addresses the end use of collected information.

The Web site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under its control. Please keep in mind, however, that no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100-percent secure. Effective Date

This Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of the Web site are effective as of June 1, 2017. Cal Water reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms of Use at any time at its sole discretion. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting them to the Web site. Information that cannot be used to Identify Individual Users

Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83, California resident customers with whom we have an established business relationship are entitled, once per calendar year, to ask us for a notice identifying the categories of personally identifiable information that we share with our affiliates and/or third parties for marketing purposes, and to provide contact information for such affiliates and/or third parties.
