REMINDER: Please obey all posted road/trail closure signage and traffic control personnel while navigating work zones. For your safety and that of crews, please refrain from moving any traffic cones in construction areas. Thank you!

Preparatory work on Crenshaw Boulevard is expected to start next Monday, June 24. Work will begin at Crest Road and move towards the new pump station site, north of Silver Spur Road. Crews are scheduled to work from Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. This initial work, which will include surveying and equipment staging, is expected to last approximately two weeks before pipeline installation begins. During work hours, please anticipate increased traffic delays and use alternate routes, such as Hawthorne Boulevard, where possible.

Restoration work, along with patching and grouting of the newly installed pipeline, is taking place along the Palomino Ranchos Bridle Trail, between Rolling Hills Road and the Rolling Hills Little League ballfield. This work is occurring from Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. The trail remains closed to the public and we encourage riders to avoid the area due to construction-related noise that may startle a horse.

Crews are conducting finishing work, including the welding of installed pipeline, on Rolling Hills Road, between Rolling Hills Road (private road) and Lariat Lane. Work is taking place from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. While construction is underway, we encourage you to use alternative roads where possible to avoid increased traffic delays.

Work continues in the South Coast Botanic Garden property and Botanic Garden Trail, between Crenshaw Boulevard and Rolling Hills Road. Crews are working from Monday to Friday, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. For the safety of crews and equestrians, the Botanic Garden trail, from Blossom’s Trail to Rolling Hills Road, remains closed as work continues.

Construction of the new pump station site continues on Crenshaw Boulevard, north of Silver Spur Road. Work is taking place from Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Traffic control will be in place on Crenshaw Boulevard during work hours and at least one lane of traffic will be open in both directions at all times.
