Tomorrow, July 24, crews will conduct permanent paving of the steel plate area at the end of Rolling Hills Road (private road). As a reminder, this work will take place between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. for approximately one day.
- Residents may experience limited access to the road while this work is underway, so we encourage you to move your vehicles before 7 a.m. tomorrow, July 24, to avoid potential construction-related delays traveling to and from your home. Crews will do their best to provide access for residents at all times, but please anticipate delays.
- The Luke’s Presbyterian Church parking lot will not be available for parking since crews will also be paving the entrance to this area tomorrow, July 24.
- The Palomino Ranchos Bridle Trail, from Rolling Hills Road to the Rolling Hills Little League ballfield, will be temporarily closed to facilitate restoration work along the bridle trail. Residents with horses along the trail will continue to have access in and out of the trail during work hours.
- If you need any assistance with services – including mail and package deliveries, garbage and recycling pick-up, or feed deliveries – please text (424) 488-4984.
Please note, the rubberized speed humps on Rolling Hills Road (private road) will be installed at a later date. As a reminder, all construction timing is estimated and may change based on several factors, including unforeseeable field circumstances.
We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this work. Thank you!
