As early as tomorrow, Wednesday, June 24, crews will be preparing for base paving of the two steel plate areas on Rolling Hills Road (private road), which is scheduled to take place the next day. Preparation work will take place from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., for approximately one day. Residents will have access to the private road at all times and you will not need to move your car. Weekly waste management services should continue as normal and will always have access to the private road.
Base paving of the two steel plate areas is expected to take place on Thursday, June 25. To facilitate this work, the entrance to Rolling Hills Road (private road) will be closed for approximately one hour, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., in which residents will not be able to enter or exit the private road. Although you do not need to move your car, please note that there will also be paving taking place at the entrance of St. Luke’s Presbyterian Church so the parking lot will not be accessible during work hours. If you need any assistance with services – including mail and package deliveries, garbage and recycling pick-up, or feed deliveries – please text (310) 466-9461.
Please note that final paving on Rolling Hills Road (private road) is expected to take place as early as next week for approximately one day. We will provide you with an update when we have additional information and details.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as finishing work begins to wind down. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at PVPWaterProject@calwater.com. Thank you!
